  • We accept multiple payment methods — all processed securely.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
  • Estimated delivery time is usually between 2–3 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping delays due to weather, public holidays, or unforeseen events are out of our control — but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
  1. Returns & Refunds

If something’s not right, we’re here to fix it.

  • Damaged or wrong product? Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures and order details.
  • Eligible returns may be refunded or exchanged based on the situation.
  • Perishable food items are usually non-returnable unless there’s a genuine issue (spoiled, wrong item, or expired).
