- Can I Return My Order?
Since we deal in perishable food products, we generally do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or personal taste.
However, you can request a return or refund if:
- You received a wrong product
- Your order arrived damaged, spoiled, or expired
- An item was missing or incomplete
- What to Do If There’s an Issue
Please follow these steps if there’s a problem:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Share your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Tell us if you’d prefer a refund or replacement.

- Refund Process
If your refund is approved:
- The amount will be returned to your original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
Note: Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are not refundable in cash. We may offer a voucher or credit for future use instead.
- Replacements
If you prefer a replacement:
- We’ll send you a fresh or correct item at no additional product cost.
- Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
- Return Shipping Charges
If your return is approved and a product needs to be sent back to us:
- The customer is responsible for paying the return courier charges.
- We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.
- Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (except in cases of damage or spoilage).
- Do not dispose of the product until we assess the issue.
- Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery.
- Items that were improperly stored after delivery.
- Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product quality.
- Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, if it hasn’t been packed or shipped.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
