  1. Can I Return My Order?

Since we deal in perishable food products, we generally do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or personal taste.

However, you can request a return or refund if:

  • You received a wrong product
  • Your order arrived damaged, spoiled, or expired
  • An item was missing or incomplete

Please follow these steps if there’s a problem:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. Tell us if you’d prefer a refund or replacement.

  1. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • The amount will be returned to your original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

Note: Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are not refundable in cash. We may offer a voucher or credit for future use instead.

  1. Replacements

If you prefer a replacement:

  • We’ll send you a fresh or correct item at no additional product cost.
  • Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  1. Return Shipping Charges

If your return is approved and a product needs to be sent back to us:

  • The customer is responsible for paying the return courier charges.
  • We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.
  1. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (except in cases of damage or spoilage).
  • Do not dispose of the product until we assess the issue.
  1. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items that were improperly stored after delivery.
  • Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product quality.
  1. Order Cancellation
  • You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, if it hasn’t been packed or shipped.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
